Jon Hayes graduated Ball State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Business. Moving back to Indianapolis, Jon started his career as a Superintendent for a local custom home builder. From there Jon went on to be the Senior Builder for a national production home builder, the Vice President of a custom home building company, and eventually the Owner of his own construction company. After working with different mortgage professional over the years, Jon decided to undertake a new challenge and join the mortgage banking industry. Jon started his career in the sub-prime lending market before joining the staff at Mortgage Plan Financial Services, Inc in 2002. Jon is knowledgeable on underwriting guidelines and prides himself on providing exceptional rates and service to Realtors, past clients, builders, financial advisors and their clients or referrals.
